Sponsorship

Your sponsorship of the conference will give you access to people with a specific interest in aspects of atmospheric, oceanographic and hydrological data assimilation. Most sponsorships come with a full and a social registration - however attendance is limited to the scope of your sponsorship, and this will vary with each sponsorship type. Your sponsors full-registration entitles to you to a conference satchel, logo inclusion in the Abstracts book and web pages, and your brochure in the conference satchel. Various sponsorship levels have been designed to give a range of costs and options to better suit your needs. If you have a specific need then approach us with your idea.

Some Options are:

 Ice-breaker Sponsor: $5,000.

This sponsorship includes

• setup at the ice-breaker venue from 4:00pm (Conference Cordinator to consult with the venue manger regarding banner - preference for a freestanding banner and table space), ready for delegate arrival at 5:00pm.
• table - to be supplied by Conference co-ordinator
• Banner space - dependant on venue specifications
•  a full registration
  • attendance at ice-breaker
  • abstract book
  • conference satchel
  • handouts
  • participants list
  • day program
  • summary program
• a complimentary social registration.
  • attendance at ice-breaker
• Company logo in Abstract book (to be received by May 31, 2009)
• Company logo on conference web-pages (to be included within 3 weeks of receipt)
•  A two page A4 brochure to be included in the conference satchel given to all full registrations (to be received by 1 September 2009)

Other Options are: Full Conference Sponsorship: $10,000, Dinner sponsorship: $5,000, Day Sponsorship: $2,000

Additional insertions into satchel: $500 (this does not include any registration for conference attendance, or social events. It does include your company logo on the web page and within the Abstract book.)

Sponsorship does not give you exclusive access to this event, however sponsorship will restricted to a small number of sponsors. Conference attendance will also be limited to the days covered by your sponsorship.
